Your child’s first session is all about getting to know them. We’ll complete a developmental assessment to understand their strengths, needs, and how we can best support them. If therapy is recommended, we’ll chat about goals and offer session times that suit your family.
Yes, we support NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. We’ll provide all the documentation and invoices needed to help keep things simple for you.
We’ve found that therapy is most effective in settings that are familiar and comfortable. That’s why we offer sessions in places your child knows well, whether that’s at home, at school, or out in the community.
Each session lasts for one hour, with 45 minutes of face-to-face time. How often we meet will depend on your child’s needs, goals, and what works best for your family. We’ll collaborate to create a plan that’s the right fit for you.
Absolutely. If your child has already been assessed by another OT, we’re happy to review and use their report to avoid repeating anything unnecessarily.
That’s perfectly fine! We offer one-off consults to answer your questions and provide guidance, even if ongoing therapy isn’t needed.
